This part has been developed to provide staff with practical guidance to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, young people, families, communities and internal and external stakeholders to develop meaningful cultural support plans. Cultural support plans assist Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, subject to ongoing intervention. A comprehensive cultural support plan is particularly important for children/young people in care.
