The Department of Child Safety, Seniors and Disability Services is collecting your personal information to consider and respond to your feedback about the Child Safety Practice Manual and the Child Safety Practice Manual website.  Your information may also be used for administration and evaluation purposes. If you wish to provide information about suspected abuse, you can contact the department as follows:

  • If you have concerns for a child and suspect that a child is being harmed or may be at risk of experiencing harm in the near future, contact a Regional Intake Service
  • If you are an existing client or you want to talk to a child safety officer during business hours about a child who you know is in contact with a particular child safety service centre, you may contact the Child Safety Service Centre.
