Beyond Blue — promotes good mental health, tackles stigma and discrimination, and provides support and information for young people, parents and professionals.
headspace — has a large number of information sheets on a variety of topics designed specifically for young people, family and professionals.
ReachOut — provides resources and tool kits on a range of topics to support your work with young people.
Beyond Blue tool — This quiz is based on the K10 checklist and it aims to measure mental health over the past 4 weeks. Children and young people can be encouraged to take the quiz and share their results with a healthcare professional.
