The Traffic Lights tool helps professionals to identify, assess and respond to sexual behaviour in children and young people in a confident and appropriate manner. It can also be used when explaining to parents/carers what constitutes healthy sexual behaviour and how to identify when their child’s behaviour becomes harmful.

Helping to make it better. A New South Wales web resource which contains factsheets in clear, plain English that respond to common concerns for parents, address myths about child sexual abuse and provide parents with advice.
